Nice calligraphy! 

As for the message, I guess I've always thought that "why not" was technology, using science to do stuff ("why don't we?") or ethics, asking basic questions ("why shouldn't we?").  Science is about facts, technology is about how to use those facts.  Science could ask "why not?" in the sense of "why isn't it so?"  So "Why not an orange sky?" is a reasonable question for science, "why not flying cars?" is more suitable for technology (and maybe ethics too, in view of the fuel use, pollution and cost).

That is an interesting point of view, but there are a lot of different branches which are all part of science. So if you consider technology as a science, then there are no reasonable questions for technology only. Philosophy is also a science, for example.
